I will be starting my 12 wk challenge on Monday looking so forward to joining everyone embarking on this weight loss journey good luck to all of us let's all give it some wellie for Christmas ..and Beyond.👍😀
This 12 weeks plan teaches you to eat in a more healthy fashion. It guides you, support you and the end result is that you lose weight and feel wonderful.
I took it easy and went from BMI obese to BMI overweight, then borderline BMI healthy. I do not want to loose more as I did not want to have too many wrinkles. I have taken up running through C25K.
This has completely changed our lifestyle. We feel good, look good and are happy.
After the 12 week, my advice is you will need to stick to it as the bad habits have a tendency to come back but then over time, you are so used to healthy eating, it becomes your way of life. If you intend to loose weight and be less sick, stay away from sugar, away from so call "healthy food / snacks) as they are full of sugar. Get rid of junk food and soft drinks. Reduce alcohol intake. It may look drastic but it is not. Do it bit by bit, one goal at a time and it will work. It did for me and I will never go back to what I was before. Life is too short to waste it.
What about ur Energy level, ur muscle mass, ur hydration level.
Energy level : went right up. Could do all the housework, long walks, chase my grand daughter, play soccer with the dog........
Muscle mass : not sure how to answer this, but from the running, my legs reshaped and ankles went slimmer. My knees looked better and I ended up wearing a dress above my knees for a wedding last month, instead of hiding my legs as usual. I also lost most of my cellulite looks and went swimming in public without shame. Unfortunately I did not train my arms so am a bit loose there. I still have to work on it. One day.....
Hydration level : I don't know what you expect but I did drink a lot of water, example: when I got up, before each meals and snacks, then here and there. It is good during the summer but hard during the winter.

What is current body weight so I can tell ur daily protein intake coz if we don't Digest our daily protein intake we diluting & start losing our Muscle mass and we think we losing weight.
I think you should use My Fitness Pal to log in your food intake and it tells you how much protein etc you should get per day and how far/close you are to your goal. Daily. My Fitness Pal is a website and also an APP that you can get for your IPhone or Android phone. Hope that helps.
Sorry can't help there 24Fitclub, I don't know much about protein ..... and muscle mass ..... and diluting...... . You better get in touch with NHS, they will be able to advise you.

If being now able to walk 15 K when previously going from the couch to the car used to be a pain, or being able to run 6K when previously trying to run 30 seconds seemed impossible, or being able to climb four sets of 14 stairs without being puffed out means I have lost muscle mass instead of weight, then I am glad I did! Does this make sense ? No it does not.
If you genuinely are on this forum to loose weight, I strongly recommend you do the 12 week plan. You will see the result first hand.
If you are on this forum to get info for a class assignment, I suggest you get in touch with NHS staff and your local medical community, they will help you.
If you are on this forum to try to sell a product you probably are in the wrong place.
