October Challenge I am in

I am registering my interest in Hopalong1's 4 week Challenge, like you Hopalong1, I am going to give the grape the boot, and stick with a beer at the weekend. Posting this because every other source has the 'ability to reply' turned off. I need to see it in black and white before I start finding reasons not to - there are none!!

me too, Im 72 but not happy with weight gain. Wish me luck as my will power has upped and left me stranded (but with pastries and chocolate!). Help!
