Well that's as good a way of measuring as any. The scales will definitely show a change from the sound of things, but noticing a change in your shape is a great sign too. Enjoy your rediscovered trousers and tasty soup :)

Well done, I know most of us look to the scales for proof of weight loss there is nothing so good as fitting into something that was too tight.

Enjoy it !

Have a good week.

😇

Forgot to mention the soup, it is my standby when I need something tasty but low in cals, try with a pinch of curry powder if like a bite of spice.

😇

well done i bet you feel great knowing that those trousers you brought, now look on you keep up the good work and hopefully the next post we read that you have lost more take care bigalan
