Which diet would that be Pumpkins? You know that rapid weight loss diets don’t work long term ☹️ I’m sorry you are feeling the need for such extreme measures. Please take care

I agree with Trimmerteacher, you don’t need a detox. If you want a kick start that’s different, but you can do that by following a sensible eating plan 😊

I have to agree a well balance reduced calorie diet is the best way to loss weight and keep it off. There are many recipe healty recipe on site that can aid you in eating great meals.I would not think this the best idea, seek medical advice.

Meet new people in the groups, go to the healthy recipes lot'sof people in this group super friendly. Every group is wonderful, you'll find the support you are seeking for a healthy management for longterm eight loss. Many peole have gone the fad ways they may even share their attempts and fall backs. I'm just suggeating starting by baby feet and in a healthly direction for long term results. There are lot's of diets for this to happen, they have many names. Detoxing can be dangerous to your system and throw of it's chemical balance. And, of course, Pumpkins already has a healthy BMI, so there really is no need for any drastic actions

What is your motivation to detoxify maybe we are all missing this part, since you are a healthy BMI! Why hurt your liver or comprimes any of your organs? Do you know some secrect we are missing? I'm interested, I'm of the healthy approach to healing my body from within, not expelling fluids, intaking good amounts of water and excellent grass fed beef and organic foods and vegtables. Even keeping my house organic to feeding my animals organic. My late 100lb Chessapeake Bay Ret. was fed organic. Please help us so we might give you the support you are looking for from this site.

Itis from a heath aspect on your body. Others agree with methis is not a good choice. Kick start by count those calories see what you have been consuming daily set a daily goal 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000 calories a day to drop the weight. You can find meal plans to help you design breakfast, lunches and dinner around those goals.

You can kick start by reducing calories and following a resonible diet the weight will come off and the jeans will not feek tight. Get exercising there are some great groups on line start with a walking on or if you are a runner you can join one or more of them. Watch the caloric intake you have count carb.'s. I personally do not eat bread, grains or many pasta's. I only consume if my werght starts to drop to far. Mainly grass fed meats, farm raised antibotic chicken and egg, Wild Alaskan Salmon, sea Scollops, Shrimp and other safe fish. All organic milk products cover the range cheese's, butter. Organic vegtables. This helps maintain my weight accutually I fight to gain weight, I have a fast metabolism. Start evaluating what you are eating write it down and the calorie and carb count- I mean everything you put in your mouth. Anything in a sandwich or pita what you had at a meal. What ingred, you put in the dish calculate the calories you consumed. Write it all down and keep a log. I hope this has been help full good luck on your path!

That sounds wonderful and very tasty. Try and measure the calorie count and carb's and log them done for yourself. Measure the amount of sauce nd enter that, veggie's are pretty non-negosible and free along with meats and seafood. Rice adds up fast in in the caloric area. Enjoy eats lot's of stir=fry go light on the rice!
