After being away, I haven't gotten back into a routine of cooking. I think it's going to be eating-out and easy meals for me for a while, so if you don't see me around, that's why
I'll still be around, weighing-in and working my way through this problem area.
I thought I'd share this lovely winter warmer! The recipe isn't great but it's lovely when the ingredients are added to taste.
Nice to see you around again; many of us can relate to 'problem' areas; I do, for sure.
Mine seems to be one big uphill problem at times, and, a few days here and there, it's a little easier (pity it isn't the other way around lol)...so, please keep in touch with us all...and, wishing you success, getting back into your groove.
With me.. It's as soon as I go away, I can't get back on track easily, I set myself unrealistic goals to get back on track and then beat myself up when I fail.
I'll just have to ease back into things slower and more gradually.
I'm here and keeping an eye on my weight this time though, rather than letting it all completely slide.

I'm struggling to get back on track too and trying to do everything at once, which isn't working for me. I think you're right to take baby steps for now. I think i might need to do that too.. better than no steps or taking backwards steps!
I wish I could share it with you. I have no motivation to cook at the moment and everytime I watch a YouTube video I'm just wishing I could grab a plate
