4 weeks and 10lbs..... Well done you,π
How did you manage that ???
Oh. I replied further down - can you see it? I like the nhs.uk/livewell/loseweight/... because it has a BMI calculator and tells you how many calories you should eat if you a certain weight and do whatever exercise. Good luck!
ππkeep up the good work π

I am not very good at this. I can't work out how to make it look like a blog. But I found you page and your comments after having completed 12 weeks. WOW indeed!!! Well done!!!!! I have lost a stone now so I am thrilled.

I downloaded the 12 week plan from here: nhs.uk/livewell/loseweight/...
I have a journal that used to be writing about how I was coping with my Mum's death (she was 88) in September 2014 but then my Dad had a heart attack... minor...and I decided introspection thinly disguised with humour wasn't probably going to stop my having a heart attack of my own so instead I started writing down the calories of everything I ate. and drank. Don't really drink much alcohol so calorie-wise that leaves more for cake. I began by filling in the 12 week programme sheets and reading the info about exercise etc but quickly decided I didn't want loose sheets. My daughter and I write a menu for the week and share the cooking. Emotional upsets generally knock my resolve for 6 but so far,so good. Did Slimming World for a while and that was OK but I like this better.
