I see so many massive achievements on here and this one is pretty tiny but Im still chuffed! Michael and I have stuck to plan for the 4 days (we usually last a day and a half then binge at night time!) 4 days in and we have noticed we have started so sleep better, haven't argued as much and to top it off - Even though we are meant to wait until Tuesday it couldn't be helped - we stood on the scales..... Michael is down 3 LB and I am down 1.7lb!!!

I know its bad to check between the week but just wanted to check and see if it was working... no excuse I know :)

Thank you guys for being so awesome! I love reading how you are all getting on it is so encouraging!!

Great news Charlie... you should both be proud. The big numbers you're talking about are all made up of bite-sized ones like yours.

When it comes to weighing then each to their own. There are pros and cons for each but mostly it's down to what suits you.

Keep up the good work.

It's an amazing achievement, don't sell yourselves short! Making those first steps are probably the hardest steps - recognising what you need to do, and then committing to doing it.... then actually getting on with it! So well done and hope to see you both soon on here! :)

Well done to you both and glad to hear it is helping you both in more ways than one. 👏🎊 To be honest I end up on the scales daily so don’t worry. It is the first thing I do in the morning after going to the loo to reduce my weight further and just before I get dressed as weight is always less first thing. Also your weight can go up and down all the time so don’t let it worry you too much if any goes on at times and don’t get upset if any stays the same. It does change daily sometimes. Just glad to hear you are both happy. 😃👍🎊

Good news and don't worry about weighing more often, I do too. What you will find is that your weight fluctuates due to a number of factors. For example if I eat processed carbs the next day I will will have gained water weight which goes the following day. So weigh as often as you want to, but don't be put off if there are little gains.

Thanks, I was so worried that being on nightshift I would go into crazy night binge but it didn't happen! Even though everyone on the team ordered take away and offered me theres I didn't give in!!!! I had my syns (All of them :P ) and still stood on them today to have lost another few ounces :)

think I'm turning obsessive but its actually pretty good! I know when I have tried to do healthy eating before its been hard but with the forum and Michael doing it too its not actually that bad :)

It definitely helps with someone else doing it with you. Try not to get obsessed with the scales :D
