Kind of got to thinking that there may be a wee bit of self sabotage going on in my head as week 2 of staying the same weight. So after some inspiration from you all I have decided to shake things up a bit. Will be trying to cook from scratch as often as possible so I know what I am eating and splitting my aerobic exercise over a few more days. Setting myself little challenges rather than big ones. Hope I can keep it going for week 5!! Good luck everyone for fab week xx

Very wise, if something is not working we need to find another way! My advice is to focus more on inches lost rather than on the numbers on the scales, as weight fluctuates a lot and deceives us too often. Have a great week!

On the positive Wombat you didn't put any weight on. It's a long slog unfortunately and I know some days I just wanna stuff my face. At least you don't feel like giving up that's the main thing. I know I am eating a lot of pre-packaged salads at lunchtime as calories already counted. and keeping evening meals basic so I can determine the calorie content. I didn't lose last week either but weigh in again tomorrow. I hope you have a better week for week 5 x
Sounds like a good plan. See the positive in not gaining as you managed to maintain so must have been doing something right, so with your plan for the week im sure you will do well
