Clomid, Ovulation tests & Day 21 test. Advice needed 🥺

So I thought I had a positive ovulation test but turns out a flashing smiley just means increased estrogen, and that ovulation should be due to happen soon (Apparently 🤷‍♀️). I have my day 21 progesterone test on Friday from my clomid cycle this month, and I'm still getting the flashing smiley face on the clearblue test. I'm assuming this means the test on Friday will show no ovulation? I'm just panicking now because I'm only allowed two rounds of clomid if it's unsuccesful (this is my 2nd), and I've got a long way to go until I'm eligible for IVF due to my BMI. Do I have the right to ask for the 'day 21' test to be repeated in case ovulation still does happen? As I am having a few cramps which could be ovulation cramps maybe? I don't usually get any periods but after my first round of clomid, I had a 39 day cycle but I think the test is done on the date of an average 28 day cycle. Any help/advice would be really appreciated as I've lost all positivity now and my clinic hasn't really been much help.
