hey, does anyone have anything that helped excess hair growth especially on the neck chin, face area it’s effecting my confidence massively and shaving waxing plucking is leaving bumps and black dots😫😫 any help please

Spearmint tea helped to reduce mine. The recommendation is two cups a day.

I’ve not managed to reduce it but find using a chemical exfoliator (I use a mask) to remove dead skin around the area helps (I wax).

I got laser hair removal with the nhs because my hair growth was as pretty bad I’m in Scotland so I know it’s not the same everywhere ❤️

I’ve spoke to the doctors about how bad mine is and how it makes me feel they gave me cream after about 8 months it wasn’t working they said there’s nothing else other than the cream to offer me for my hair growth x

I got a cream too and it lightened it a little but it didn’t really work I know what you mean it was getting me really down too I would ask about it if you can it really helped me I’m also on metformin so I’ve heard that also helps with hair growth xx

I’m waiting for an appointment but I’m on a waiting list to speak about metformin, but I shave or wax in the morning and then by the evening I can feel and see hair again it’s so depressing xx
