I need some help please

Hi ladies well 3 weeks of constantly bleeding subsided last Friday as I started taking norethisterone again ..... 5 days it's been okay no blood just white discharge anyways this morning all seemed okay 👌 but just now I've been getting weird pully cramps and alot of watery discharge with yellow in it ..... I'm super paranoid now as its only been 5 days 😪 I hope the bleeding doesn't return as its only just ended last Friday
