hello, can anyone tell me how long I have to leave it after taking levothyroxine in the morning before taking vitamins?
do I need to leave 4 hours? I take a vitamin d mouth spray and b complex in the morning and currently leave 4 hours but do I need to? Or could I take the vitamin d spray earlier?
I currently take zinc and copper combined, probiotics, high strength omega 3 and marine collagen with my lunch.

You need to leave four hours for iron, magnesium, vit D (although that one is contentious) and calcium. For the rest two hours is long enough. For sprays and oils that don't enter the stomach Because they don't come into contact with the hormone.
Does your vit D spray contain vit K2? And are you taking magnesium with it? Both are very important when taking vit D.
Did you get your zinc and copper tested before supplementing? Zinc and copper need to be kept balanced, but when you are hypo it is likely you have one high and the other one low. And taking more of the one that is high can make you ill and also lower the other one even further. So necessary to know which one is high and which one is low.
do I need to leave 4 hours for the vitamin d mouth spray which does contains k2?
I was originally supplementing just zinc which was helping my conversion issues but then my copper went low so I now supplement with a zinc and copper combined.
I have been supplementing with 50mg of magnesium glycinate but I’ve stopped it today as I’m having loose stools and a recent blood test shows my magnesium levels are normal anyway.
For a spray you don't need to leave four hours because it doesn't go into the gut. You can take it when you like.
Your copper went low because you were taking too much zinc, I should imagine. It's all about balance with those two. So are they both low now? If not, try stopping them both and see what happens.
No point in testing magnesium because of the way the body handles it. The results are not reliable. Just take some because if you don't, your vit D is going to deplete your magnesium.
Probably not the magnesium glycinate causing your loose stools. But try magnesium chloride instead, and see if it has the same effect. Or, just reduce your dose - how much were you taking? But you do need magnesium of some kind with vit D.
They were normal last time I checked and I don’t want to stop the zinc as it is helping my poor t4-t3 conversion issues.
I’ve been supplementing vit d for a couple of months now. And my magnesium levels are fine. I’m going to start eating pumpkin seeds again to add some more magnesium and zinc into my diet. I eat avocado and dark chocolate daily and hemp protein powder so getting enough magnesium without supplementing I think 💁
I was just taking 50mg (half a tablet) for a few days but I don’t think I need it.
I’ve just started a stronger b complex so hoping that will help me and my anxiety too.
Iron also came back normal last week. I currently take a quarter of an iron supplement from drs to maintain levels.
