I'm on 90mcgsof Liothyronine a day - 45 mcgs in the morning and 45 in the evening.
Currently I'm in the middle of an IBS/GERD flare up and have to take Ranidine morning and evening and Lanzoprazole once a day.
I know I need to leave a gap of about 4 hours between my Liothyronine and any indigestion meds but I also need to leave a gap between the Ranitidine and the Lanzoprazole.
I'm struggling to take everything as I should!!
Any advice?

That is a tricky one! I believe liothyronine is absorbed quite quickly so you could take one dose as soon as you get up and 2 hours or so later you could take your ranitidine. Can you take your lansoprazole around lunchtime? If so you could then take your liothyronine early evening and your ranitidine as you go to bed. Would this work with how you need to take the indigestion meds? You definitely want at least 4 hours after taking indigestion meds before taking your liothyronine but you could probably get away with less if you take the liothyronine first, especially if it's on an empty stomach.
It might be that you need to take a slightly higher dose of liothyronine for a while as some of it might not be absorbed but this is something to discuss with your doctor if you begin to notice hypo symptoms returning. On the other hand you may actually absorb better once the IBS/GERD is under control.
I hope you find a solution that works and that you get some relief from the IBS/GERD soon.
I'm a bit of a wreck at the moment - it's been one thing after the other since August i.e. an awful bout of tonsillitis followed by a UTI two weeks later followed by vaginal issues a few weeks after that 😱 and then this started about 3 weeks ago.
I get over them but then it's something else 😒
I haven't had a period for over two years and thought that I'd gotten off lightly in terms of menopausal symptoms but I'm now finding myself 'groggy of brain', tired and feeling really low.
I've been taking Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil which had helped with the nighttime 'over-heating' but the other stuff is getting me down.
I work full time in a 'full on' job and need to be in tip top form but I'm not feeling it at the moment. I'm self-employed so taking time off is not really an option, certainly not beyond a few days.
I wonder if the 'stomach' problems are symptomatic of all of the above - I've had stress related stomach problems over the years.
CarolynB has given good advice. Just in case you haven't read about the connection of 'low acid' and hypothyroidism - these are a couple of links. Of course you might have had confirmation that your stomach is producing high acid. The symptoms are more or less identical.
