I've been taking magnesium glycinate supplements, no sure if they helped but heho, I've ran out so I need to reorder. I don't want the same brand as they were huge! I've searched on here and it looks like taurate might suit me better as I struggle with ectopic heartbeats a lot. Can any of you recommend a brand please before I order something else that will end up in the cupboard with the citrate I started with? Many thanks for your advice and support.

Magnesium supplement advice please

I use Tom Oliver Magnesium Taurate, no excipients in that particular supplement and they use glass bottles so no nasty plastic. I usually buy direct and buying 3 gives a good discount. Can be bought elsewhere so always worth comparing price:

I use Igennus triple magnesium
igennus.com/products/triple...
Doesn’t upset gut
It’s a large capsule…..I tip the powder out and swallow with water
Full dose is 3 per day…..I find just one after dinner is fine
I buy the Pure Encapsulations mag glyc which has no nasties. I buy it off Natural Dispensary and get the bigger bottle as it's a bit cheaper (but you need to have a practitioner to register - mine is a nutritional therapist, and they have a bit of a discount via a discount code specific to each practitioner). You can buy it elsewhere, not sure how cheap/expensive it is compared to other makes/types.
