For anyone who is not aware, my medicines documents have continued to grow and be maintained.
For example, the UK document has matrixes that show all current products, dosages, ingredients and highlights some specific ingredients (e.g. lactose).
In addition to levothyroxine tablets, it also covers levothyroxine oral solutions (liquids), injectable, and all forms of liothyronine.
Finally, it has a new Appendix - F: Writing Prescriptions. This is intended to show as exactly as I can how prescriptions should be written for various desired end points.

helvella has created, and tries to maintain, documents containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world. There is now a specific world desiccated thyroid document.
I highly recommend viewing on a computer screen, or a decent sized tablet, rather than a phone. Even I find it less than satisfactory trying to view them on my phone.
