I have pretty bad anxiety and insomnia on 125mcg levo/10mcg lio, (or 150mcg levo monotherapy earlier), but I used to sleep through the night on 3 grains of NDT. hi all, Im switching from ndt to t3 as already take levo. Usually I take 60mg per day of ndt plus 100mcg Levo. My Levo without ndt was 150mcg. Can anyone give me some advice on how to transition from 60mg ndt to t3? The t3 tabs are 25mcg so I’ll need to cut them down
