I have added a new feature to this document - links to the dm+d.
In the attached image, you can see a blue label lettered dm+d. To the right is a link that takes you to the entry in the dm+d database for the product.
This is the link from the above page:

I'll not make this a training guide to the dm+d! But it does mean you can readily find out some information that can otherwise be hard to find. It is also the database that pharmaceutical companies are required to update. (Though there are failures to do so!)
Most of the rest of the NHS system use this data and it feeds into GP surgery systems, the British National Formulary, etc.
UOM - Unit of Measure
GTIN - the unique product code that appears on the ends of packets.
SOT - Start of Time - when database was first loaded up with data.
SNOMED - a supposedly universal coding system.
Once you reach the dm+d, you can look around. For example, you might find that, while I have linked to a 28-tablet pack, the product might also be supplied in 500 tablet bulk packs.
helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines - UK
The UK document contains up-to-date versions of the Summary Matrixes for levothyroxine tablets, oral solutions and also liothyronine available in the UK. Includes injectables and descriptions of tablet markings which allow identification. Latest updates include all declared ingredients for all UK products and links to Patient Information Leaflets, etc. PLUS how to write prescriptions in Appendix F.

Please! This is updated frequently. If you have already downloaded a copy, check the date. It is very likely there is a newer version.
