There are several causes for a high platelet count with iron deficiency being one of them. Although you are supplementing iron, levels remain deficient. I’ve never seen such a low transferrin saturation before.
Regarding thyroid hormones -I assume you are not medicating Levothyroxine and previous tests show you don’t have Hashimotos. The iron deficiency will have impact on thyroid hormones levels as is not only essential in the production but also correct usage of hormones.
However, the low TSH is not in line with your low thyroid hormone levels so could be pointing towards central hypothyroidism which is when the pituitary fails to produce enough TSH. Although when this happens there is often other pituitary hormone deficiencies also such as prolactin and growth hormone.
Maybe ask for different iron tablets or even an infusion. Are you taking your iron tablets with vitamin C and eating an iron rich diet?
