Help please in results interpretation of advanced function thyroid test

I’ve just received results of private test because surgery has reduced levothyroxine from 75mcg to 50mcg. Please see below. I would welcome some advice before I approach anyone.

TSH 0.23 (0.27-4.2)

T4 17.7 (10.5-24.5)

At this point doctor wanted me to reduce to 50mcg but I confessed that I’d been taking 87.5 mcg per day so we agreed that I would reduce to 87.5 every other day and prescription would remain at 75mcg as I have small surplus supply .

How were you feeling in January? Because those results look fine to me. Are you feeling more hypo now?

Thanks for replying . It’s the first time I’ve had private test and the folate result bothers me.
