Hi everyone,

Good day.

Sharing my latest blood test results on 20Mcg T3 and 50Mcg T4.

FT3: 4.27 (3.1 - 6.8)

FT4: 10.5 (12 - 22)

TSH: 0.873 (0.27 - 0.42)

My last thyroid medication was 24 hours before test.

Seek your help to see how i can optimize my medication dosage?

Thank you

Hi Sofiel,

Can you type your results in a reply on your post? Not very easy to read unfortunately.

Hopefully someone will be able to comment on your results for you.

If you took your last dose of T3 24hrs before the test then your result is a false low.

More concerning is your FT4 which is below range.

If your doctor is trying to keep your TSH within range then likely they will make you ill.

How do you feel?

I'd push for an immediate increase in Levo of 25mcgs.

How are vitamins looking and what supplements do you take?

Hi Jaydee.

Thanks for your comments.

May i just check if you might be aware if there is a big difference in T3 results taken 12 hours or 24 hours apart?

My mood and energy levels are ok for my current dosage.

But weight is refusing to budge despite CICO and walking daily.

Have not tested Vits yet. But am taking B12 complex with fish oil to reduce inflammation. Will start on Vit DK as just ordered from iHerb.

I attach a chart showing the difference in blood levels of T3 over time. There will be quite a difference.

Recommend day before test splitting dose in 2 or 3 and taking last portion 8-12hrs before test.

Whats CICO?

With a below range FT4 you are not optimally replaced.
