Looking at previous posts

Dose was only changed 22 days ago?

Ideally should wait minimum 6 weeks after each dose change

You are currently taking how much levothyroxine?

How much T3?

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test and last 1/3 of T3 8-12 hours before test?

Obviously important to test B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D too, at least once every 6 months

Thanks for the reply slowdragon always appreciate ♥️I should have said these results are not mine.... My relative is having real trouble getting diagnosed she has all the symptoms of hyper she's just waiting on an uptake scan in 10 days time.. She's going out of her mind with the symptoms all hyper I just thought maby someone on her could help with her results.. Her gp says her T4 is in range.. Ok but she has bad symptoms TSH to my mind is low.. 🤷‍♀️

Could be early stage Hashimoto’s, almost always starts with transient hyperthyroid results and symptoms before becoming increasingly hypothyroid

She needs thyroid antibodies tested

TPO and TG antibodies for Hashimoto’s (can be Graves’ disease too)

TSI or Trab antibodies confirms Graves’ disease

Also get vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested

Hi slowdragon ❤️Thanks, I also think it could be hashish, but going of my experience. She has all the symptoms of hyper and as you can see her TSH was 0.06..with her T4 being 21...this was me my TSH was 0.08 then 0.06 my T3 was in normal range my T4 was high but just in range, my specialist just had the old wait and see approach, as time went on I became worse, till eventually my TSH was suppressed my T3 was 24.2 my T4 went to 100..this was after 2 years of going bk and forth, gp did not always do bloods and like people on here if he did it was only TSH... Their is a mystery with autoimmune thyroid conditions this is what one endo told me, because your antibodies attack the thyroid making it dump thyroxine in to the blood stream causing hyper symptoms, it is not always easy to find from one blood test as the attacks happen intermittently rendering it hard to detect, my antibodie tests were negative they only showed up when my TSH was suppressed and my T3 was 24.2,t4 100 even hospitalization I had a abnormal thyroid test but negative antibodies 🤷‍♀️ she is having a uptake scan soon so hopefully this will show what's going on..

❤️❤️❤️

Recommend she get blood tests done privately

For full Thyroid evaluation she needs TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
