I’m on Levo accord and northstar. 125mg 5 days and 150mg 2 days.
Graves diagnosed 2014 RAI 2017. Went under active within a month.
I’ve started to get symptoms of hypo eg not feeling tired, hair thinning, palpitations (but not regular) feeling cold.
I’m also getting these feelings of being hot but not sweating throw the covers off or remove jumper and I’m cold again mainly in the evening and trough the night. Had before but they went.
To be honest I don’t know what’s wrong but I know I’m not right.
Am I missing something?

Are you aware that Northstar levothyroxine, in the 25 microgram tablet ONLY, is actually Teva levothyroxine?
A significant proportion of those who have tried Teva find they do not tolerate it. Might be an idea to try to get one of the other makes - at least to try. Even if you have to split tablets to achieve it. My medicines document has details of all UK levothyroxine products:
helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines
I have created, and try to maintain, a document containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world.
Despite that suggestion, you do appear under-dosed. Do you have sufficient in hand to try more days on 159 micrograms? Or, are you doing what many have been told, taking 150 both weekend days? In which case, how about taking 150 every three or four days, to try to make things more even?
All the available products are listed in my document (linked earlier). It often appears that Wockhardt is relatively "popular" - but any of the other ones might be just fine for you.
