It could be nothing but I find around late afternoon I start feeling very cold and tired. I take my NDT in the morning and I’m wondering if this could be my hormone levels dropping off. I feel fine, almost quite hot and energised throughout the day then crash and feel cold late afternoon.
Could this be my medication?
Would appreciate any advice

Yes, take half in the morning, second half when you feel it might suit you best. Maybe in the afternoon, experiment with times to see what's good for you.
Thank you. I have to admit I am a coffee drinker, I’m concerned it’s affecting the absorption of the NDT, I do try and leave it 1 hour after taking it before having coffee
Coffee (and caffeine containing drinks - tea, cola, etc) will affect absorption of thyroid meds. I would leave at least an hour between your NDT and coffee.
Hidden Is this reply on the correct thread? There's nothing to suggest the OP has Hashi's. Previous post shows TG antibodies <10 (<115) and TPO 10.7 (<34) and she takes NDT.
