Please could you DM a private source for T3?

I am hoping that one of the many kind and well informed people on here could help me. Please could you DM a private source for T3? I have Hashimoto's. I am happy with the personal risk of ordering T3 off prescription but aware of the dodgy Tiromel that many of you have pointed out is in circulation, so I thought wise to ask about sources here. Thanks in advance.

FFI: I am 18 months into waiting for an endo referral, and about to be prescribed 125mcg T4 by my GP. I have been on NDT for 9 months (40 then 80 then 40 mcg) but suspect I am having an antibody reaction to that (TPO up 800% from 120 to over 1000 klU/L) although that increase could involve environmental factors. I am open to trying levo therefore. I want to try the T3 protocol but can't afford a private doc. Then if it works I can tell the GP how much better I feel with T3, if, fingers crossed, that is the case. It may otherwise take months to try and persuade GP etc and I do not have the energy for the fight.

Last NHS results May 2021 (whilst dosed): TSH 2.2, TPO over 1000 (fT4 and fT3 refused by lab)

Previous NHS results March 2021: TSH 1.7, TPO over 1000, fT4 12.8. N.B. ALT on liver results low 6 IU/L.

Nov 2020 (on NDT 40mcg) TSH 3, TPO 129, fT4 13.3, fT3 4.5,

Private Medichecks results pre NDT July 2020, TSH 5.5, TPO 120, TG 568, fT4 12.8, fT3 4.3, Ferritin 55.7, B12 113, Vit D 69.9.

Welcome to our forum thywillbedone. You can copy some of your thyroid history above, into your page so that you don't need to answer the same questions from members who may want the bigger picture.

It is very difficult to source T3 privately and I would suggest you try alternatives before you go down this route.

Before you search the internet I would suggest you try levothyroxine first as it suits many who have hypothyroidism and you wont have the worry of not being able to source it if there's a shortage. The dose should be gradually increased until you feel well and symptom-free. Also ask GP to check B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as all have to be optimal. If B12 is low, ask GP to check you do not have Pernicious Anaemia because you'd need a lifetime of B12 injections if you have P.A.

It is not uncommon if we have one autoimmune disease to develop others. I have about six myself.
