I’ve just had my vitamins tested on Thriva and would love some advice / interpretation please :

Vitamin B - 422 (optimal 300 to 569)

Folate - 18.8 ( optimal 30 to 60.8)

Ferritin 94 ( 44 to 150)

TIBC 51 ( 41 to 77)

Transferrin saturation 18 ( 20 to 50)

Iron 9.1 ( 5.8 to 34.5)

UIBC 42.2 ( 24.2 to 70)

Vit D not tested .

I have Graves on carbimazole. Still hyper blood levels. I have been taking B12 and vitamin D. But did stop 4 days before the blood draw. My Hb is normal but I do have bottom range MCV/MCH.

Just wondering thoughts on my folate and iron studies please .

Thriva present results to their customers in a strange way. You can get your results in a more standard PDF format if you follow the link in this help page :
