Despite a reasonable Ferritin level, your serum iron and transferrin saturation suggest possible iron deficiency, you should discuss these results with your GP.
Folate and B12 levels suggest that you may benefit from a good quality, bioavailable B Complex such as Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B. Folate is recommended to be at least half way through range (35+ with that range) and B12 at the top of its range. When taking B Complex this needs to be left off for 7 days before any blood test as it can cause false results.

Ex111 just saw your recent Thriva test. It was very comprehensive what was the name of that test? I wud like one done like that. Thx in advance
I added each of these individually:
-Advanced iron profile
-Thyroid advanced profile
-B12
-Cholesterol lipid profile
-Folate
The more tests you add the higher the price, so not cheap. I got someone to take my blood at work and sent blood tubes rather than using the tubes provided. So was easier.
Thx for reply
