Anti nuclear factor: homogenous titre 1:1.16 (positive)
Serum Rheumatoid antigen 9.2 (0-15)
Serum free T3 4.8 (3.5-6.5)
Serum free T4 11.9 (10-20)
Serum TSH 1.54 (0.35-4.78)
Thyroid peroxidase 10 (0-50)
I've just had these re-tested plus the suggested vitamins.
These are the new results so far:
Vitamin D 59 (76-250)
Calcium 2.37 (2.2-2.6)
Vitamin B12 886 (200-900)
Foliate 17.8 (2-17)
Bilirubin 36 (0-20)
Also a little low is my eGFR (kidneys)
Will report back when I have further tests.
I wondered if you had any comments especially in relation to the Vit D and Bilirubin...would you expect to see this with Hashimoto's?
Doctor is still saying he can't see any relevance to a Hashimoto's diagnosis even with symptoms of aching hands and feet, body aches, constantly cold/shivery etc and sore thyroid with two nodules (one U4).
Thanks
Sarah

Hi again I've been monitoring my heart rate at rest as it feels like it is racing all the time, especially in the morning and it us between 95 and 99 most of the time. Is this significant for hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's? Thanks
It would be interesting to know the source of Sheila's statement, I followed some of the other comments on Sheila's post that led me to an article linking it to Hyperthyroidism rather than hypothyroidism
