Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing as well as can be expected under the current circumstances.
I used to feel fine on my 60 mg of Armour Thyroid (NDT), but these last few weeks I have been feeling pretty awful and exhausted a lot, no energy, can't be bothered with my work. My iron is very low, (I'm not eating anything like as much red meat as I used to and my multi vitamin has only 5.4 mg of brown rice iron) so I figure that is the cause of the low energy, exhaustion etc. Any recommendations for an iron supplement, (feel free to message me) or should I just let the Dr. prescribe some?
Here are my new test results. It does seem that I might need an increase in NDT, or should I bring my iron and B12 back up first and see how I feel after that?
Thank you for any help!

Thank you for responding. I mostly avoid gluten. It only bothers my stomach in a few foods so I avoid them and others don't give me any trouble.
When you say to test for vitamins, do you mean to test for every individual vitamin? I'm not sure I could get that done and what about all the minerals etc? I did get zinc tested last year and it was fine. I'll probably have to get ferritin done again since it wasn't done this time. I did ask for it, but I am dealing with a foreign language, so things sometimes get missed.
Yes, I do have Hashi's, however my antibodies have come down a lot over the last year.
The predominance of Hashimoto thyroiditis represents an interesting finding, since it has been indirectly confirmed by an Italian study, showing that autoimmune thyroid disease is a risk factor for the evolution towards NCGS in a group of patients with minimal duodenal inflammation. On these bases, an autoimmune stigma in NCGS is strongly supported
In summary, whereas it is not yet clear whether a gluten free diet can prevent autoimmune diseases, it is worth mentioning that HT patients with or without CD benefit from a diet low in gluten as far as the progression and the potential disease complications are concerned
Despite the fact that 5-10% of patients have Celiac disease, in my experience and in the experience of many other physicians, at least 80% + of patients with Hashimoto's who go gluten-free notice a reduction in their symptoms almost immediately.
I do, but since soils are depleted nowadays it is hard to know we are getting everything we need.
I eat organic as much as I possibly can, but living in Puerto Rico, it is not always easy. I can rarely get grass fed meat, but the local meat is supposed to be good. No guarantees on the packaging though.
