Past 2 days I have 'upped' levothyroxine to 75mcg from 50mcg (just as well with ft4 result, I know ft3 about 3.2 from a previous result when taking 275mcg levo a week....
Ferritin and Folate appear to be low....
B12 needs increasing...I am taking 5 drops daily of B12 sublingual drops so will up those to 8 drops.
Any advice please on which form of folate/ferritin to take (I've never taken those supplements). The most easily absorbed brand with the least additives please in advance.....
I have had liver once a week

Igennus Super B is good quality and cheap vitamin B complex. Contains folate. Full dose is two tablets per day. Many/most people may only need one tablet per day. Certainly only start on one per day (or even half tablet per day for first couple of weeks)
Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules
Vitamin B complex contains B12 as well. You may, or may not need extra separate B12 as well
Probably don’t increase B12 dose ...leave as is and add vitamin B complex
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
I forgot to mention I take Igennus Super B complex x 1 a day.
Vit D 66. I Take 25000iu INVITA D3 every 3 weeks and was on 1000iu daily of Nu U Nutrition VitD3 softgel capsules but 2 days ago I upped to 2000 iu softgels daily.
I have VitK2-Mk7 sublingual drops.
I have Acerola powder for Vit C
I have Cytoplan Selenium
Better you Magnesium spray but blood test from Blue Horizon in May showed Magnesium 'High' but only slightly...
I have ordered igennus Triple Magnesium complex, Chelated Magnesium supplement with Magnesium Citrate, Bisglycinate and Taurate.
Also, Tumeric Curcumin with probiotics and enzymes - Fermented High strength liquid. Tumeric supplement with black pepper and ginger equivalent to 2 Tumeric C BY Tumeric Vitality. IT Says for Digestive health and joint pain
P.S. I've been under medicated for 9 years when first diagnosed.
I've never been given more than 50mcg daily and due to side effects that was dropped to 50mcg every other day, then 50mcg 1 day followed by 25mcg the next (by Endo who I only started seeing last year).
About 2 weeks ago I started taking 50mcg daily.
I only started taking 75mcg on Tuesday 21st.
I have a Medichecks Thyroid plus Vits finger blood test kit which I'll do end of August.
With my results received today from Endo as mentioned above he attached a blood form BUT it only has TSH T4 written on (to have end August/1st week in September).
Any advice please on which form of folate/ferritin to take (I've never taken those supplements).
Your ferritin isn't exactly low. For some reason ranges vary quite a lot, all the private testing companies use 13-150, my GP surgery uses 15-300.
It's generally recommended that ferritin be half way through it's range, but it's also said that a good level for females is 100-130 so you are within that range.
Your level is not low enough for iron supplementation. If you wish, you can help raise your level by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, also liver pate, black pudding, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet
I would say that liver once every couple of weeks would be enough.
Don't consider taking an iron supplement unless you do an iron panel, if you already have a decent level of serum iron and a good saturation percentage then taking iron tablets can push your iron level even higher, too much iron is as bad as too little.
Folate is recommended to be at least half way through range so with that range you've looking at 11.5 so I would suggest the same as SlowDragon - Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B.
Thank you SeasideSusie, I have been taking Igennus Super B complex x 1 most days, just not every day as I ''thought' it 'might' be a contributing factor to my recent very low back ache for 3-4 weeks plus yellow/green/neon urine so I thought it 'might' have too much B2 in but I've no idea really....
I have e mailed my GP to ask for full iron panel so I'll have to wait for reply or ring Tuesday.
GP usually good at getting back to me within 3 days when I message them.
I do take VitB12 sublingual drops daily.
I don't take Acerola powder daily but really should...I don't like taste mixed with water and it 'sticks/floats' - I don't have juice as I can't stand 'sweet things'.
My appetite has been poor for about 3 weeks so prob only eat about 1700hrs even though not hungry. I 'make' myself eat eggs toast about Noon x twice weekly just for nutrients.
I can eat liver but as 'other half' hates it I get a 'ready meal' and just eat the liver part plus some carrots and spinach

It's the B2, Riboflavin, any B Complex will do this. It's normal, as mentioned.

Leave the powder in about an inch of water, it will eventually dissolve, I then top a pint glass up with extra water and sip that throughout the day. I quite like the taste. I also mix some with orange juice and garlic liquid first thing.
