Hoping for a little advice, for the first time in ages I feel really well.
I take 75mcg levothyroxine ( at night time) and 12.5 mcg Liothyronine split into two doses , one at night with the levo and the other first thing in the morning.
These are my latest blood test results.
TSH 0.005 (0.27- 4.2)
free t4 15.2 (12-22)
free t3 5.91 (3.1-6.8)
TPO antibodies 11.7 ( 0-34)
Tg antibodies 14.8 ( 0-115)
vit D 103 (50-175)
B12 active 98.6 ( 37.5-187.5)
Ferritin 99.7 ( 13- 150)
Folate 12.8 (3.89 - 19.45)
CRP hs 7.17 ( <5)
I am, for the first time in ages, able to exercise and do normal things and I feel that this dose is perfect for me at the moment.
However the high CRP result has worried me a little as I don't feel unwell at the moment at all, and the comments with the test have said to repeat again in about 6-8 weeks as the inflammation could indicate heart problems.
I have been having shoulder problems for a few months now , it began with feeling as though I had wrenched my shoulder and moving it was really painful, that does seem to be subsiding but I was wondering if anyone could shed any light in whether that could have raised my CRP levels.
I have done search on the HU site and a CRP level of 7.71 doesn't seem to be really excessive. It was around 4 when I did a blood test before Christmas ( November I think ) but that was just before I came down with a disgusting virus over Christmas.

I would really welcome any ideas /opinions.
Thank you in advance.

My T4 has slowly been reducing since I started taking T3 but I do feel really well at the moment, my ferritin was higher in November around 120 just before I was poorly but that has come down a bit so I am not really worried about that now. I'll keep an eye on the T4 and the levo dosage, I do have some levo of my own so I could increase it and see how I feel and then present my endo/ GP with the results if I feel I need to, I have not seen a GP in a couple of years as I only have telephone consultations with the practice pharmacist who is still refusing T3 on the NHS despite the endo writing twice to say that I am much better taking it than not.
I really wouldn't bother with the doctor's notes, if I were you. The are not thyroid experts, just common or garden GPs. They toe the party line. Inflammation is often raised when hypo, but it doesn't necessarily mean anything sinister. I think they just feel they have to say something, anything is better than nothing, sort of thing. And, at the same time, they're drumming up further business. It's all about money, you know.
Thanks for your reply, I don't think so , I have not had it tested this time but it has been done a few months back and about a year before that and my Hb1ac was 32 and 34 so I don't think it's that,
I was hoping that it could be due to the fact that my shoulder was causing me a problem, it has been sore for a few months , but is getting better now.
Hi there, when I get my Medichecks bloods back my CRP is normally around 9. I feel fine too. I do suffer from osteoarthritis so this could be the reason for me? If you feel well then I wouldnt worry.
