I posted my results the other day but didn’t show all my results these are all my thyroid test I’ve been tested for (t3 doesn’t get tested in UK unless you demand)

I know that some people
May have the reverse effect of taken t4 hormone and I’ve been taken t4 since 10 years so I’m
Not sure that this is happening to me- maybe it’s the brand
Of tablets I’m taken I’m not sure
I’ve recently started taken d3, b12, zinc, selenium (1 week) I’m not sure whether just to test out taken vitamins and not take levothyroxine it seems like
It’s not working for me.
I’m just sick and tired being lied to and I just like to see someone that specialised in this because This isn’t helping my mental health and my doctor won’t refer me to anyone because my test results always come back normal but I’m not feeling well at all

Were these MCV & MCH tests done at the same time as the other tests. They are nowhere near optimal or normal. Both are well below the reference ranges and could indicate iron deficiency. It could probably explain some why you feel so unwell. I would definitely question this with your doctor to see if your ferritin/iron levels have been tested.
Also as you have just started taking supplements, are you spreading them separately through the day or taking them all at the same time as your thyroxine?
RDW is also outside range - how can they not notice all those pointer to anaemia? And your vitamin D is just barely adequate. NHS won't help if it is over 50 but it needs to be nearer 100. I don't think your doctor knows the meaning of the word "optimal", but they don't need an English exam past GCSE to study medicine.
This is why we always advice to get the results - I too have had results outside the ranges and nothing done. Phone the surgery and ask for a telephone appointment, and then ask why, with those results outside the ranges, you were told all is fine. Record or write down the answer if they try to brush you off, and if push comes to shove, ask them to put it in writing why they are not treating you. This usually gives them the necessary push to actually look at your notes. Good luck.
