i was reading here and b12 seems to be a cause of depresion as well. i had a blood test last week and it is 380ng/l in a rango of (180-900). i was reading here that it has to e above 500. ca you take tablets instead of injections there is not way gp is going to give me and injection.

I am using a B12 spray. It is the methylcobalamin rather than the cyanocobalamin, I do believe the methylcobalamin is easier for the body to utilise. I got it in Holland and Barratt. You just spray it under your tongue - I am sure I heard about it on this support group.
Forgot to mention - I went to the counter and the assistant had not the slightest idea what I was talking about. If you do decide to get some, make sure you read the information so you get the right one which the body can absorb much better. Marie XX
yes it's fine, you take as much as you need b12 is like thyroid hormones, you don't know how much gets in your cells by blood test, you only know if you feel well. Unlike thyroid hormone taking more won't harm.
you can take b12 anytime in the day it does not interfere with other medication. 'Some people' do not sleep well if they take vitamin Bs in the afternoon, so maybe take it in the morning just in case
