Vitamin D and Magnesium. Due to have B12 deficiency tests, but will magnesium skew the results?

Hi I recently posted on here my Vit D level result 26.08 ng/ml 30-70 and have begun a course of 5000 iu per day for 6 days for a total of 10 weeks and then re-test. I also intend to take magnesium and vitamin C as well. But should I delay the magnesium until B12 tests done?

I am not aware that supplementing magnesium will have any effect on B12 levels or test results.
