Ranges would be useful, but B12 needs to be over 500 really, although your GP may simply be happy that it is in range. Vitamin D also needs an upward hike to over 75, but whether your GP is prepared to help will depend on the protocol where you live,
I have no experience of magnesium, so can't help with that one.
Is difficult to know workout the reference ranges (often printed to the side of the result and sometimes in brackets) so if you have them please add them to help us out
What I can tell you, even without ranges, is that your B12 is way too low. It may be within the NHS normal range but anything below 500 is usually indicative of inadequate B12, especially with the current method of testing being so inaccurate (it doesn't measure active b12 - the stuff we actually use in our bodies).
If I had a B12 result like this, I would be supplementing. If you supplement with B12 you should also supplement with the other b vitamins, including folate, as they all work together.
Your vitamin D looks like it could be a little low but I can't tell without knowing what units it is measured in or the reference range.

As Ansteynomad says your B12 is too low as is your Vitamin D. It is good if you put the ranges for the blood tests as labs differ and it makes it easier to comment.
If your GP wont prescribe for Vitamin D, you will have to supplement with Vitamin D3 - not D2. I think your GP should prescribe for D3.
If your B12 is 'in range' he may not prescribe but you can purchase Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin) from Amazon and there is a connecting link on the right-hand column.
Deficiency in both the above can cause problems and symptoms.
Thank you Ansteynomad, think the range for b12 is 200 -800. Wasnt told the range for magnesium. Doc said vitamin d is normal but having a lot of symptoms. Very frustrating as i am also on calcium meds this was also low. Its hard to determine what symptoms are from what. Thanks for your reply.
I believe magnesium should be above 0.7 nmol/l
The only problem with a magnesium test is that most of the magnesium in the body is in bones and tissues (99%) and this doesn't corkage well with blood tests but it does look like deficiency is possible. Magnesium deficiency can cause a lot of symptoms that can be rectified by supplementing. Magnesium citrate is an easily absorbed form. If you decide to supplement, start slowly. You may find it makes a significant improvement. If you can't tolerate pal supplements it can be absorbed through the skin in the form of a cream or oil.
You may also notice significant improvements from b12 supplementation along with a b complex. I certainly did.

Thanks for the swift replys everyone. I just purchased a b12 supplement from holland and barrett, it is 1000mg. Will this be ok on its own? I am also on calcium tabs that contain added d3 800ius taken twice a day. Do use think i need more d3?
Not sure about the vitamin D as you also have calcium issues. It is probably best to wait until everything is stabilised before adjusting that any further.
B12 is best taken along with other b vitamins, especially folate. A good B complex should be adequate.

the b12s will work they took me a couple of months of taking them but noticed a difference after ,have you read a book could it be b12 ? an excellent book keep taking the b12 and vitamin d as in time you will see a difference but be patient
You may find the H&B B12 is cyanocobalamin which is nowhere near as effective as methylcobalamin. See Shaws comment above.
A better way to increase your vitamin D is to get sunshine. Short periods mid day are best but careful not to burn. Your body will regulate how much it makes in sunlight based on how much it needs. Of course, this method does rely on decent weather!
