I’m going to have a look I’m sure I have some paper work here at home
I got diagnosed last may gp put me on 5mg carbimazole then saw endocrinologist last August who put my on 40mg everything was going good levels where going down some symptoms where going then November I started to feel very unwell sore throat all the time constant cough and flu like symptoms kept telling my Endo that I didn’t feel well finally January she took me off carbimazole had a few weeks brake levels went up again quick and have been taking PTU since
40mg /day is a typical starting dose of carbimazole for people with Graves'. I believe 200mg/day of PTU would be roughly equivalent to 20mg/day of carbimazole, so it sounds like your thyroid levels have been coming down (and your current FT4 level seems to confirm that).
The reason I asked about your previous results was that in Graves', FT3 levels may increase first and drop last - so the direction of the two sets of results may show whether things are improving or not.
You really need either TRAb or TSI to confirm Graves' - this is usually done at the first endo appointment, and then not usually repeated, except maybe when nthey take you off anti-thyroids completely.
