I normally use blue horizons, have done for years, and go to a Spire hospital for the draw, however, they seem to have discontinued their special offer of a free FT3 test on top, if you buy one of their bundles. The bundle is £187 (and is great, as full iron panel, B12, folate plus TSH and FT4) but I also need the FT3 (just switched to NP from Naturethroid, need to know how I'm doing) but the FT3 is currently £109 extra!
I've used doctor's laboratory in London, but not used anyone else. I'd prefer venous draw not finger prick test.
Is there another blood service you'd recommend, where you go to a clinic for the draw?
Thanks

I use them for fingerprick tests but I've seen it mentioned that you can arrange home phlebotomy with them as well as clinics where you can get blood drawn.
I use Medichecks, their thyroid plus ultra vitamin bundle is £99, often on offer at £79 (sometimes even cheaper) on Thyroid Thursdays and £25 charge for private blood draw
That's TSH, FT4 FT3, TPO and TG thyroid antibodies plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and Active B12
Unfortunately they no longer include total T4 (I use to find that useful)
Often same private clinics on offer as Blue Horizon
Ah that's handy to know about clinics. I really like the comprehensive V with blue horizon and then usually had the FT3 as a free bonus. I'll look at medichecks thanks.
For venous blood draw, worth checking around for cost of options. My check for Medichecks test showed £25 for them, £30 for my GP surgery and £15 for local hospital so twice I elected for latter. Bonus....hospital didn't charge anything when I went both times. They don't appear set up to collect £ in!!. 😂
My gp practice charge £15 to do the blood draw. I used to pay £39 extra to blue horizon for a nurse to come to my home to take the blood; last time, before i ordered the kit, i emailed the gp practice manager who was unphased and amenable to me going there for the blood draw. It's worth asking
