blue horizon booking a blood draw

hi everyone - I’ve had a blue horizon thyroid platinum test sent to my house but there’s no info on how to book the draw!? It says in my confirmation that they’d send me an email but I don’t have one. I need to go tomorrow and their customer services have left 🙄 thanks all

If using Medichecks you book the blood draw at same time as you buy the test.

Hopefully someone whos used Blue Horizon will be along soon.

thanks! Yes I usually use medichecks but this is my first time using Blue Horizon. It’s really beaten me. Can’t find it anywhere in the website - only the location of Superdrug’s and hospitals near me that do the draws! Thanks again

Have you looked at your account?

Its best to do it early in the week in case it gets stuck in the post.

Presumably you make your own booking with whoever you choose to do the draw?

As you have to choose who during checkout and the kit will confirm you have paid for the service

I have ordered same test + home blood draw from same provider. No info received with pack so I contacted them. They said I had to wait until the nurse contacted me. Another few days have passed and still no word. I will wait until beginning of next week. I was advised not to get tested after the 18th due to the holiday!

thanks everyone - think it’s much more confusing than with medichecks. Turned out I’d opted to book my own draw so had to pay an extra £30 to and follow a faff of deleting my old booking number etc! Give me strength..but thanks for advice and help
