when you sign up with a private site they will direct you to phlebotomy services in your area that they pay to take your blood. I get sent to my local hospital phlebotomy when I use private blood testing..but I see in some geographical areas you may get sent to a private hospital. It’s very straight forward. Hope you get yours done soon.

There's an option for nurse to come to you... Or of course finger prick DIY with blue horizon. Not sure but think medichecks do too.

check them out 🙂

I see posts refering UK testing labs, in the US I order any blood test (that they offer) I want from LEF.org . Lower costs than via Dr ordered tests via co-pays and blood is draw at the same Labcor draw locations as Dr's orders... Testing is a wracket and fortunately there are many order your tests blood and otherwise without Dr orders.

This is a UK based forum (although we welcome people from all over the world) so you will see suggestions for private blood tests from UK based labs.

Chicken12 is from the UK so the private labs mentioned are appropriate for tests not available on our National Health Service from our GPs.

If not doing pin prick at home, you can go to private hospitals or nurse come to you and yes it costs more than the pin prick.

Chicken12,

You can order home testing kits which don't require a phlebotomist.

Medichecks are offering a 15% discount using MED15 code throughout March and also offer #ThyroidThursday discounts.
