Two different labs same blood sample...

Free T4 18.5 (10.50 - 22.00)

TSH 0.36 (0.27 - 4.20)

TSH 0.35 (0.27-4.2)

Free T3 4.4 (3.1-6.8)

Free T4 16.7 (12.0-22.0)

These tests last month were done 4 days after starving and prep-ing for a colonoscopy, so not sure if this would have affected the results or not.

you results look good.

Not sure what you want to know really, is it that they are very slightly different? don't worry it's very tiny... Your TSH is very low which most of us find good. You could consider supplementing with Lugol's iodine with a low TSH because there is evidence that it starves vital bits of you of iodine... but your FT4 and FT3 are looking good.. How do you feel?

Thank you for your reply.

I am feeling better than I was before the crushing exhaustion has reduced, but that could be due to raising vitamin D levels. But I still don’t feel “normal”. Not sure how to describe it. Painful aching joints, and still more tired than I should be.

Well you can supplement your vitamin D with 5000i.u a day

Your Ferritin and B12 and folate could be boosted too. Eat an egg every day and get lots of cabbage or Kale. ?

You have an auto immune issue so diet is super important.

Do not take iodine with a thyroid problem in any case you can test for low iodine.
