I have been to my Gp with theses results, had an appointment with ANP not GP, she is not concerned with my results, thyroid test normal so no problems, fatigue, hair loss ext.due to stress and anxiety, suggests counselling and anti depressants and sleeping tablets. I left in tears so proved her right I suppose

If your Advance Nurse Practioner (ANP) is like mine, they have to refer to GP for certain things, mine can't sign prescriptions but can suggest a medication then get a GP to sign the prescription, also other things.
What you need to do is what was suggested in your previous thread. See your GP, point out the extremely high Thyroglobulin antibodies and request a referral to an endocrinologist. It was emphasised that this antibody result needed investigating and you were given a variety of links in that thread by SlowDragon .
As for your vitamins and minerals:
Active B12, although in range, is only just 2 points over the level where it's suggested testing for B12 deficiency - see viapath.co.uk/our-tests/act...
Folate is very low and should be at least half way through it's range, B12 and folate work together.
Vit D is too low, the Vit D Council, the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health all recommend a level of 100-150nmol/L. Your GP may not prescribe a D3 supplement but you should certainly be self supplementing with that level.
Ferritin is a long way over range, are you supplementing? If not investigation should be carried out.
So your next step is to make an appointment with your GP, refuse a further appointment with the ANP, and if necessary take someone with you to the appointment because that's often a way to progress things rather than be fobbed off.
Thank you for your response, I did try very hard to discuss my antibody result but really got no were, test thyroid function in 3 months was her answer, I’m just not convinced that the GP will be any different, my HB is normal, as are my LFTs and U&E, have been having these tests as I have had to increase my blood presssue medication. I am aware that I am quite low of mood and anxious and me crying probably did not help her perception of me, just not sure if atm I have the energy or confidence to try again with the GP, but thank you for your advice I really appreciate it sue
