Ten years on liothyronine at 20mg seems a bit on the low side. I believe 20mg of liothyrone is equal - in its effect - to about 60mcg of levothyroxine which is low.
We cannnot respond to your results as we also need the ranges. Ranges are in brackets after the results. Labs differ in their machines and so do the ranges.
If you have the ranges, you can edit your post by clicking the down arrow next to More and select edit and put in the ranges.
Do you always have your blood tests at the very earliest? Fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose of liothyronine and the test and take afterwards. If not the results will be skewed. The antibodies seem low.
Many members, when new, are unaware we need the ranges of the results. These figures are in brackets after the results.
You ask the surgery for a print-out of your results each time after a blood test. There's no need to be shy because all on this forum request our copies and by Law we are entitled to be given a copy. My surgery charges 30p.
As it has been three days since your post, I'd make a new one so that you get more answers on whether or not you are on a sufficient amount of thyroid hormones.
