I’m currently taking antibiotics for an infection after having blood test. Should I be taking Levothyroxine at a different time to antibiotics. Not sure if it will affect absorption of thyroxine?

levothyroxine and antibiotics?
Almost everything except water affects absorption of Levo.
Take it at leat an hour away from your Levo and you should be good.
Thinking of the recommendation for taking one particular antibiotic at least two hours after food and one hour before food, you could take your levothyroxine first and "keep everyone happy" by taking the antibiotic at least two hours later, but not take the levo after the antibiotic. I've taken two antibiotics, singly and in combination, for several weeks at a time, with my levo, and not had a problem. You may wish to consume kefir, yoghurt, unpasteurised (home made) fermented pickles, or a commercially available probiotic, halfway between doses of the antibiotic, for the sake of your gut health.
