High FT4 and a low FT3 shouts a conversion issue but not as marked as some I have seen. Folate and Vit D look on the low side though and those two along with Ferritin and B 12 help the Thyroid work better and also can improve conversion and may also help with your symptoms. So I would look into improving the low ones-SeasideSusie as good posts on optimal levels and how to get them so do a search. It can take time to build these up and also be aware that symptoms can lag behind better bloods so asxwithbanything else thyroid related it can take time to address.

Those results look good to me. Have you tried cutting out gluten and dairy - that got rid of the pain for me and I was on major nasty painkillers. Good luck

Looks like a conversion problem (high FT4 and low in range FT3), plus low-ish vit D and folate. Too much inflammation, too, although in range. Have you considered trying golden paste and MSM for joints?
