Utterly magical for

Me - how long is permanent

I will be using magnesium spray for life - 10 presses each morning after shower at cost of say Β£10-20 per year

No real hardship - just sad I only found this out now and not 20 years ago!

People say this is ok - I have tried magnesium citrate supplements and these part work, but the oil is so incredibly effective and simple to perform i have not looked into the bathing option

Why not give it a go and report back ?

β€’ in reply toDanielj1

Sure thanks ... But it's of so high cost in India so only asked

Your guess as good as mine - if a professional firm can make a standardised product for a minimal

Price with quality safeguards I am not tempted for DIY - but also, why not and good luck :)

Hi Amy. I think that is my post as I use the wellnessmama.com website for my mag oil recipe. I keep mine simple-just flakes and distillled water.

You can make your own, cheaper, simple and you can make a batch at once and keep extra in fridge. If you want, look up my post or I will PM you the directions. Take care. irina

Yes because the magnesium will be absorbed. If you like baths, epsom salts is wonderful to soak in. I take showers and sit on my shower chair. Sometimes sit on my chair and soak feet in epsom salts frequently. About a year or so ago caught 'athlete's foot' in a community pool shower area. I didn't want to take heavy-duty drugs so looked up home remedies. Learned about soaking in epsom salts and it healed everything. I also spritz on my magnesium oil after showering. I use magnesium chloride flakes to make this. (I posted a recipe on this forum sometime back,) Both types are equally good but the mag choride flakes leave less of a white residue on my skin which rubs off on my sheets. I also take oral magnesium. Mag deficiencies seem to be very common and I try to not get deficient.

One leg or both?

β€’ in reply tojimh111

Both legs mainly lower legs

OK. Magesium and B12 are helpful. The reason I asked is that if it is only one leg it can be due to sciatic type symptoms and you would need to look at the spine and consider physiotherapy etc.

Get your vitamin D levels tested too. Low vitamin D common with low magnesium

Plus vitamin B12, folate and ferritin need testing when hypothyroid, especially if you have Hashimoto's (high thyroid antibodies)

β€’ in reply toSlowDragon

Vit d ferritin and b12 all low

What could be the cause??? Please someone tel me..
