Hi

Thoughts please on my recent bloods. I live in Germany so ranges different from UK.

I presently take 75mg Levo daily

TSH 0.99 range 0.27-2.5

FT4 1.50 range 0.83-1.7

FT3 2.49 range 1.9-4.4

Ferritin 44.72 range 22.0-112

B12 804 range >600 normal optimum

My Vit D is low and selenium is low and been given prescriptions for supplements.

Thank you 😊👍

How do you feel?

Your FT3 is low in range suggests you are either under medicated or poor converter

Suggest you retest once vitamin D is improved.

No folate result?

B12 is good. Do you supplement?

Ferritin is borderline, eating liver once a week should help improve levels

Do you have Hashimoto's, also called autoimmune thyroid disease diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies? If yes, are you on strictly gluten free diet?

Hi

I feel very tired

I don't have Hashis

I supplement B12 through infusions and iron through infusions . Just about to start the selenium prescribed and Vit D. Hopefully with the new Selenium I will convert better to raise my T3

Thank you 😊

Would taking T3 along with my Levo help? If so I will look in to buying some T3

What sort of dosage would I need please

Thanks

Thybon Henning is German T3 (prescription only) 20mcg tablet

Usual advice is to get vitamins optimal first.

If adding T3 start very small dose - e.g. 2 x quarter tablet (5mcg twice per day) on empty stomach

Hold at that dose 6-8 weeks and retest.

Perhaps increase by 5mcg depending on blood results and symptoms
