Absolutely impossible to say for sure if it's a conversion problem, without the FT3 range. It does look low, and your FT4 is high, but the FT4 range is an odd one, so the FT3 range might be odd, too. I would say quite possibly a conversion issue, but it's just a guess.
Oh, that is an FT4 isn't it? You don't say. But, your TSH is very high, so could very well be a conversion issue, because it doesn't look like you need any more T4.
Research the Endo you wish to see with care - most of them are diabetes specialists and know little about the thyroid I only know from reading this forum on a regular basis ! Even the private ones seem fluffy !
As you have Hashimoto's then low vitamins are extremely common. Many of us need to supplement. Important to test FIRST before supplementing
Do you supplement selenium?
As said in previous post, very, very many with Hashimoto's find changing to strictly gluten free diet helps, often significantly. You do not need to be coeliac.
