In the UK it is desirable to have TSH of pregnant women in the low-normal range 0.4 - 2.5 so your wife's TSH is fine. It is customary to increase Levothyroxine dose by 25-50mcg when pregnancy is confirmed to ensure good foetal development. An equivalent dose is 1/2 to 3/4 of a grain NDT.
Ferritin and iron are low in range so I would suggest your wife supplement's iron with 1,000mg vitamin C which will aid absorption and minimise constipation. Iron should be taken 4 hours away from NDT.
Unless supplements have been tested on pregnant women it isn't possible to say they are safe. What is not good during pregnancy is having low iron, low B12, low folate and low vitD. I would prefer to have blood tests to check whether levels are low and that supplementation is necessary before supplementing with the exception of folic acid which taken pre and during pregnancy may help prevent neural tube defects in the foetus (spina bifida).
