Also prescribed ferrous fumarate to take 3x a day because complete blood count and iron panel showed iron deficiency anaemia. I am due a retest in 3 months for active monitoring. Also prescribed folic acid to take once a day but not to start this until intrinsic factor antibodies has come back, I was tested tonight. Also given first B12 loading dose.

I'm not sure there's anything else to add to the information already given in your two previous threads. Ask if there's anything you're unsure of.
Make sure all future thyroid tests are booked for the earliest appointment of the morning, fast overnight (water allowed) and leave off Levo for 24 hours. This gives the highest possible TSH which is needed when looking for an increase in dose or to avoid a reduction. This is a patient to patient tip which we don't discuss with doctors or phlebotomists.
Take your Levo on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, with a glass of water only, no tea, coffee, milk etc, for an hour as it affects absorption. Take other medication and supplements two hours away from Levo, some need four hours.
