Hi everybody

I just go my blood test result, please see below:

TSH 0.2 0.2-5.5

Free T4 22.7 10-24.5

Free T3 4.8 3.1-6.8

Could you please tell me what do you think about these. They are all in range.

I still have not manage to shift any excessive weight and I am still so tired.

I am currently on 150mg on Levo. And have no thyroid.

Any comments appreciated.

Thanks

It looks at though it's going in the right direction. Perhaps stay there for bit and see how it goes? I wonder if you've had your vitamins levels tested yet? It might be low vitamin levels causing the exhaustion or it might just take time for your body to catch up with the new levels.

You can't tackle everything at once but when you start to feel a lot better your energy levels will increase and then you can think about your weight.

Thank you for your response. I think I have to start supplementing. My B12 is 168. Glad these results look good.

What was the range for B12? It varies between labs.

It was 138-652

Yes, B12 is best at top of range. Did you ask your doctor to check for intrinsic factor antibodies? What was your folate like? It could be worth posting these results on the Healthunlocked Pernicious Anaemia forum to get their advice. If buying your own supplements, methylcobalabin is the most absorbable form of B12. Take B12 with a good B complex to keep the B's balanced. They're all important. Folate needs to be mid-range. Check iron levels too as they all need to work together to feel well.

Good info posted by another forum member.
