A fingerprick virgin . One finger , one Lancet and whoosh Niagara Falls . I could weep when I think of all the money I have paid to the Spire for BH blood tests because I though I couldn't do the fingerprick . Medi - checks results back in 24hrs .

Can you please advise on results . I am taking 3grains NDT .

Ferritin. 49.2. (30.00 - 400.00 )

I'm surprise at the level of t4 and I see I am over for t3.

Your free T3 is a little high isn't it? Ferritin seems a little on the low side. People usually say half way through range is better. No vitamin D or B12?

Hi Nannaedake I didn't get D done, I take the drops with vit k . My B12 was over a 1000 , it always is. I have P A

Ok. well keep an eye on your D so you don't go over or under. Vitamin D is not water soluble so you can overdose on it and you don't want to be deficient either! Folate is a little low. Do you take a B multivitamin alongside your B12 treatment? If so, check that the folate is in the form of methylfolate as that's more absorbable.
